The water toys were a huge hit with our kids and the boat was neat, organized, clean and comfortable for our group of ten. This was such a fun charter! The boat is very spacious and comfortable! There were 12 of us and the drinks were flowing, the music was vibing, and captain and Chloe treated us so well! Everyone especially loved the water chairs and floaties. Will definitely use them again when we are back in SXM!

Where do I start? Jordan and Chloe were responsive and attentive from the beginning so I had no qualms booking with them the same day they sent over the quote. The boat is beautiful and as advertised. It was easy to navigate around on the boat while on the water. They even decorated for my boyfriend’s birthday which was awesome. We chose the lobster for lunch and were not disappointed- the scallop appetizer and lobster were amazing. Drinks (piña coladas) were great as well. Highlight of our vacation and I’m glad I saved it for the last day. Will definitely book with them the next time we visit.

The boat was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, our lunch was delicious, and we snorkeled and saw some really cool fish. How do I make a reservation?
You can book your private charter directly through our website, by email or via WhatsApp. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your preferred date.
Can we charter your boats starting from Anguilla?
Yes. We can pick you up directly in Anguilla, and the exact meeting point will be confirmed based on your itinerary and the weather conditions on the day of your trip.
Can we choose the route and destination for our trip?
In most cases you can customize the route around St. Martin, Anguilla or St. Barth. Your captain will advise you on the best itinerary according to sea conditions and safety so you get the most out of your day.
Can we cancel our trip?
A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure. If you have an emergency, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Your safety comes first. If the weather does not allow us to sail safely, we will reschedule your trip whenever possible. If rescheduling is not an option, you will receive a full refund.
Does the price include crew and fuel?
Yes. Our charter rates include the professional captain, hostess and fuel for the standard itinerary of your trip, so you can relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about extra running costs.
Is a deposit required to confirm the booking?
Yes. A 20% deposit is required to secure your charter date and boat. The balance is typically due closer to the day of departure, according to the conditions confirmed at booking.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All costs are clearly presented before you confirm your booking. Optional extras such as lunch menus, special water toys or decorations are always discussed and priced in advance.
What are the customs fees to Anguilla? Are they mandatory?
Yes, they are mandatory. Anguilla is a British territory and immigration procedures must be completed before anchoring. We charge 35€ per guest to cover all customs and immigration fees.
What is the usual tip amount?
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion. As a general guideline, guests usually tip between 10% and 30% per day, depending on their level of satisfaction with the service.
Do we need a passport for trips to Anguilla?
Yes. A valid passport is mandatory for all guests on trips to Anguilla due to customs and immigration controls. Please make sure to bring it with you on the day of your charter.
What should we bring on board?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, swimwear, hats, towels, easy slip-on shoes and your passport for Anguilla trips. Everything else for a comfortable day on the water is already provided on board.
Are customs and immigration formalities handled for us when going to Anguilla?
Our crew will guide you through the required customs and immigration procedures in Anguilla. The 35€ per guest customs fee covers these formalities so you can focus on enjoying your day.
What kind of drinks do you offer?
We provide a wide selection of beverages including local and American beers, soft drinks, juices, water, French Rosé and white wine. Our boats are also equipped with a blender for frozen cocktails and fruity slushies for kids.
Is there Wi-Fi on board?
Wi-Fi is available on MY OCEANE 55ft, which is equipped with Starlink for fast and reliable connection at sea. On SEAWEED, connection depends on mobile coverage in the area.
Can we play our own music on board?
Yes. All our boats feature Bluetooth sound systems, so you can connect your phone or device and enjoy your own playlist during the cruise.
How many people can travel on each boat?
Charter prices are for the boat in private for up to 8 guests. You can add up to 12 guests in total on each boat by paying a small extra per additional guest.
What extras can be added on board?
You can personalize your charter with a range of extras such as lobster, mahi-mahi or chicken lunch menus, underwater scooter, champagne bottles, birthday decorations, drone footage and more. Let us know your wishes and we’ll tailor the experience for you.
